A day right after calling for statewide legalization of marijuana, Lt. Gov. John Fetterman is urging Pennsylvanians to apply for pardons for nonviolent marijuana-associated convictions. 

Fetterman, who is in charge of the state’s Board of Pardons, is expediting the application course of action for pardons of such offenses, a move lots of residents in assistance of recreational legalization also assistance.

The findings from Fetterman’s 67-county Cannabis Listening Tour showed overwhelming assistance for legalizing adult-use marijuana, involving 65 to 70% of residents who participated.
